Services and Response Time

Caroline James NY provides luxury wedding invitation design services. Our response time varies between 3-7 business days, depending on the current workload and the season. During peak seasons, response times may be longer. We strive to deliver a high-quality product within the agreed-upon timeframe.


Ownership and Rights

All artwork, designs, and content created by Caroline James NY Luxury Wedding Invitation Company are the exclusive property of Caroline James NY. This includes all drafts, mockups, final designs, digital files, and physical products. Clients do not gain any ownership rights over the artwork, designs, or content produced, and may not use, reproduce, or distribute them for commercial purposes without written consent from Caroline James NY.


Ordering Process

a. Clients can initiate the ordering process through our website or other specified communication channels.

b. A non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure the client's spot in our design queue. The deposit amount will be communicated during the ordering process.

c. Once the deposit is received, the client will provide necessary information for the design, including themes, color preferences, wording, and any other relevant details.

d. We will create design mockups based on the provided information and share them with the client for review.

e. Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

f. Once the design is finalized, the remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered or the physical invitations are produced.

Revisions and Changes

Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions to the design. Subsequent revisions may be subject to additional charges. Changes requested after the final design approval may also incur extra fees.


Cancellation and Refunds

a. The initial deposit is non-refundable. b. In the event of cancellation after the design process has commenced, the client may be responsible for covering any work already completed, as well as any materials purchased or utilized for the project.



Communication between Caroline James NY and the client will primarily occur through email or other agreed-upon communication channels.


a. Caroline James NY is not responsible for errors in content, spelling, or information provided by the client. It is the client's responsibility to review all materials and approve the final design.

b. Caroline James NY is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services or products.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, United States.


Changes to Terms

Caroline James NY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
